1. Collaborate with senior designers to create concept boards and sketches for new merchandise designs.
2. Assist in the sourcing of materials and trims for production.
3. Develop technical specifications and detailed drawings for garment construction.
4. Work closely with production teams to ensure designs are accurately executed.
5. Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify new product opportunities.
6. Participate in fittings and provide feedback on fit and construction of samples.
7. Maintain organized design files and documentation for future reference.
