About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Report to the brand manager and work closely on marketing communications, brand projects, and maintaining a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
2. Take complete ownership of the brand’s social media channels, including content planning, ideation, posting, community management, and performance tracking.
3. Independently ideate, plan, and execute photoshoots, content shoots, and creative assets in coordination with creators, photographers, and internal teams.
4. Drive special marketing projects end-to-end, from concept and planning to execution and post-campaign evaluation.
5. Assist and own influencer marketing initiatives including creator discovery, outreach, coordination, content alignment, and campaign execution.
6. Support internal and external marketing communications, including preparing briefs, managing follow-ups, and coordinating with vendors & stakeholder.
7. Assist in performance marketing operations, market research & packaging projects.
8. Support other marketing operations such as product launches, campaign rollouts, and cross-functional initiatives as required.
