About the Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design compelling marketing materials, including brochures, product packaging, and promotional content for IoT hardware products
2. Develop user interface elements for companion mobile apps and web platforms supporting our IoT devices
3. Create engaging social media graphics, digital advertisements, and website visuals that communicate complex IoT concepts simply
4. Product & Marketing Support
5. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to create technical documentation, user manuals, and product specification sheets
6. Brand Consistency & Digital Presence
7. Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints and marketing channels
Design presentation materials for investor pitches, trade shows, and client meetings
8. Create infographics and visual content that explain IoT benefits and features to diverse audiences
9. Support email marketing campaigns, blog graphics, and content marketing initiatives
10. Assist in developing brand guidelines and design systems for scalable growth
11. Cross-functional Collaboration
12. Work closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams in a startup environment
13. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for product launches and campaigns
14. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Requirements and Skill-set:

1. Minimum 1 year of professional graphic design experience, preferably in technology or startup environments
2. Technical Proficiency
3. Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Generative AI Tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
4. Additional Requirements
5. Strong communication skills and ability to present design concepts effectively
6. Ability to work independently while being collaborative in team settings
7. Understanding of startup dynamics and willingness to wear multiple hats
8. Basic knowledge of IoT ecosystem, smart devices, and technology trends (preferred)
