About the Job
As a Junior Graphic Designer at Smartways, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and design skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will work closely with our team to create visually appealing graphics for various platforms and projects.Key Responsibilities:
1. Create engaging and innovative designs for marketing materials, social media posts, and websites.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts and ideas for campaigns and projects.
3. Use Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom CC, to manipulate and enhance images.
4. Ensure all designs are on-brand and align with the company's visual identity and messaging.
5. Assist in the production of print materials such as brochures, flyers, and banners.
6. Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices to continuously improve your skills.
7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
