About the Job
Brisk is looking for a tech-savvy, organised, and motivated business operations associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our digital workflow. You will help manage our customer relationship management (CRM) system, automate daily tasks, and ensure that our sales and installation teams have the data they need to succeed. This is a perfect role for a recent graduate who loves technology, spreadsheets, and problem-solving.Key Responsibilities:
1. CRM management: Update and maintain our customer database to ensure all lead information is accurate.
2. Workflow automation: Help design simple automated "paths" (e.g., sending an automatic thank-you email after a customer signs a contract).
3. Project tracking: Monitor the progress of solar installations and alert managers if a project is delayed.
4. Data reporting: Create weekly reports on sales performance and installation timelines using Excel or dashboard tools.
5. Process improvement: Identify 'bottlenecks' in our current way of working and suggest digital solutions to make things faster (more 'Brisk').
