About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Design and develop architectural plans, specifications, and construction documents for commercial projects.
2. Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
3. Conduct site surveys, prepare feasibility studies, and develop design concepts.
4. Create detailed construction drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections and details.
5. Supervise construction projects to ensure adherence to design specifications and building codes.
6. Prepare BOQs.
7. Prepare 3D views.
8. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in architectural design and construction.
