About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Assist senior architects in the development of architectural designs and concepts
Prepare working drawings, layout plans, sections, elevations, and details
2. Develop 2D drawings and basic 3D models using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools
3. Support in preparing presentation drawings, renderings, and material boards
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants under supervision
4. Assist in the preparation of tender drawings, BOQs, and documentation
Make revisions to drawings based on client feedback and senior architect instructions
5. Help in site visits, site measurements, and documentation of site progress
6. Assist in ensuring drawings comply with local building bye-laws, codes, and standards
7. Maintain proper drawing records, versions, and file management
Support in preparing authority submission drawings (as applicable)
8. Communicate with vendors and contractors for basic technical clarifications
9. Learn and follow office standards, workflows, and project timelines
Skills & Expectations

Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve technical skills
Good time management and attention to detail
