1. Provide timely and efficient technical support to internal and external clients via phone, email, or in person.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams when necessary.
3. Document all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system for future reference.
4. Collaborate with other IT teams to identify and implement process improvements for better service delivery.
5. Participate in knowledge sharing sessions and training programs to stay updated on the latest technologies.
6. Assist in the onboarding and orientation of new employees by setting up their workstations and providing necessary training.
7. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all service desk requests are handled promptly and professionally.
