About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Willing to familiarise yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
2. Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
Working closely with the team across departments to implement growth strategies.
Rigorously following up the leads via a variety of channels like Phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, emails etc.
3. Extensively communicating the curriculum and other USPs of the product (profiles of our champion teachers for example).
Achieve realistically set weekly targets in a performance-centric, competitive environment.
4. Ready to go live on a Video Call with parents.
