4. Update customer information accurately in the system and follow required documentation standards.
5. Meet performance targets related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
6. Escalate unresolved queries to the support team or supervisors and ensure follow-up when needed.
7. Maintain punctuality, adhere to shift schedules, and follow company policies and processes.
