About the Job
We are seeking a highly driven and persuasive Inside Sales Executive to join our International Sales team. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, understands global customer behaviour, and can convert warm leads into successful enrollments. You will handle leads from markets such as the US, UK, and Canada, ensuring a smooth sales cycle and excellent customer experience.Key responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound leads for international markets (US, UK, Canada, etc.).
2. Conduct high-quality consultations to understand customer needs and pitch relevant programs/courses.
3. Explain program details, curriculum, outcomes, placement support, and pricing clearly.
4. Follow a structured sales process to maximise conversions and revenue.
5. Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, email, and Zoom meetings.
6. Maintain accurate lead data and update CRM regularly.
7. Manage pipeline, create urgency, and close deals within expected timelines.
8. Work closely with marketing and operations teams for lead quality feedback and process improvements.
9. Understand region-specific buyer behaviour, objections, and pricing psychology.
10. Meet and exceed monthly revenue and enrollment targets.
11. Ensure high customer satisfaction and zero mis-selling.
