About the Job
We are looking for a proactive and efficient Technician to join our IT Department (Hardware), who will be trained and responsible for daily IT tasks and managing internal IT infrastructure.Key responsibilities:
1. Installing and troubleshooting computer networks and systems locally and remotely, including cameras and printers, etc.
2. Working on website support and maintenance.
3. Managing local and remote data backup, data safety, and security
4. Maintaining an inventory of all IT assets of the company, including records for repairs and maintenance.
5. Preparing purchase order for IT/advert requirements as per company process, including vendor management.
6. Being updated with the IT Act & rules
7. Working on in-house software/system support.
8. Managing things related to advertising on social media, job portals, and keeping track to monitor the growth and modification strategy.
