About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Counsel clients regarding immigration options based on their education, work experience, and goals.
2. Assess client eligibility for PR, work visa, study visa, and visitor/tourist visa programs across Canada, the UK, Australia, and Europe.
3. Provide accurate information on visa processes, documentation requirements, timelines, and country-specific guidelines.
4. Manage end-to-end documentation, including form filling, SOP/LOI drafting, and preparing visa files.
5. Guide clients in gathering required documents and ensure completeness before submission.
6. Maintain regular communication with clients regarding application status, requirements, and updates.
7. Handle lead inquiries from ads, calls, walk-ins, and referrals; convert prospects into active clients.
8. Stay updated with immigration policies, program changes, and eligibility criteria.
9. Coordinate with internal teams (processing/case officers) for smooth application handling.
10. Maintain accurate client records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
11. Provide professional counselling, address client concerns, and ensure high service satisfaction.
12. Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for consultations, conversions, and successful case closures.
