Human Resources (HR) Executive Job in Thiruvananthapuram at Jupiter International

About the Job

1.     Each Individual will be assigned with a dedicated laptop and mobile phones with office CUG numbers . The same can be used for your professional use.
2.     Identify the required candidates based on the qualification, experience as per the vacancy available through various platforms like Social Media (Facebook adverts, Instagram, Twitter & LinkedIn), job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster) .
3.     Liaise with all Nursing colleges in India for a Recruitment tie up for their campus placement program.
4.     After successful sourcing of the applicant , they will be required to undergo an agreement process and the candidates are required to be briefed in detailed about their job scope , service charges, agreement timelines.
5.     Train the candidates for the Interview based on the questions that will be given
6.     Liaise with the Singapore agency in sending the candidate documents, interview scheduling, feedback on their preliminary interview to be shared with the candidates, scheduling client interview, issuance of offer letters, candidates to be advised to go for medical screening in a hospital and the same is required to be forwarded to Singapore agency, visa follow up, invoices to be sent to candidates for service charges collection , collection of service charges in our company account, ticket booking (IATA registration needs to done) – ticket booking is being done manually, SG health declaration to be done, issuance of complete set of documents for their departure. Ensure the candidates are reached safely , follow up with Singapore agency to get their work permit card copies for our reference.
7.     Proper maintenance of books of accounts for Audit purposes.
8.     Local agency tie up can be made to supply us the required candidates. For such an agreement with them has to be made
9.  Issuance of advertisement on a daily basis on Social media platform
10.  Monthly advertisement on recognized newspapers and the calls are required to be monitored
11.  Must have a good rapport on a frequent basis with the Ministry of External affairs officers
12.  SNB (Singapore Nursing Board) examination will be held in India. During that all the logistics work has to be made example ; 1. Intimate the MEA office, getting the police clearance in the local police station , hotel arrangements for the Singapore clients, SNB candidates will arrive on the day of exam , invigilate & assist for with the Singapore clients & SNB officials.
13.  For further expansion of our agency – we need to send emails to other countries licensed agency to seek for orders.
14.  We need to seek direct recruitment orders from hospitals in Singapore, Malaysia & other countries. For which constant email to be written and follow up with them by calling to ask for deals.
