About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. End-to-end non-IT recruitment:
1. Manage the full recruitment cycle for roles such as video editors, content writers, sales executives, and production staff.
2. Source candidates through job portals, social media (LinkedIn/Instagram), and industry networking.
3. Conduct initial screenings to ensure cultural fit within a creative environment.
4. Coordinate interviews between candidates and department heads.
B. Payroll & compliance:
1. Maintain accurate employee records and attendance logs.
2. Process monthly payroll, ensuring timely salary disbursement.
3. Handle statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, professional tax) and coordinate with external consultants if necessary.
4. Manage leave records and expense reimbursements.
C. General administration:
1. Oversee day-to-day office operations and facility management.
2. Manage vendor relationships (AMC, office supplies, pantry, etc.).
3. Organize employee engagement activities and team-building events to foster a creative culture.
4. Handle documentation, including offer letters, NDAs, and relieving letters.
