About the Job
We are looking for an HR executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, attendance, leaves, payroll, onboarding, offboarding, and HR systems management for our growing in-house team.Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle end-to-end recruitment for in-house roles
2. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
3. Maintain attendance, leave, and HR records
4. Coordinate payroll and salary processing
5. Manage HR documentation, offer letters, and exit formalities
6. Work with HR software/tools for employee data and attendance
7. Support employee engagement and internal communication
8. Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations
