Key Responsibilities:A. Recruitment & Hiring
1. Source, screen, and manage candidate applications across portals.
2. Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews (after CV review by management).
3. Schedule interviews with management and coordinate feedback.
4. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles.
B. Employee Onboarding & Staff Management
1. Prepare offer letters, contracts, and joining formalities.
2. Introduce and explain company policies, code of conduct, and culture to new hires.
3. Monitor and manage staff behavior, attendance, and discipline.
4. Create a professional and motivating workplace environment.
C. HR Policies & Compliance
1. Draft and implement office rules, policies, and procedures.
2. Ensure employees adhere to company guidelines.
3. Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance redressal.
D. Payroll & Salary Management
1. Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
2. Prepare monthly salary sheets for management approval.
3. Coordinate with accounts/management for timely disbursement of salaries.
E. Culture & Engagement
1. Organize team activities to maintain positive morale.
2. Promote a professional, collaborative, and productive work culture.
3. Support management in building a long-term, stable workforce.
