Key Responsibilities:1. Handle end-to-end recruitment for warehouse and office staff.
2. Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll processing.
3. Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements.
4. Manage onboarding, induction, and training programs.
5. Address employee grievances and maintain healthy workplace relations.
6. Coordinate with management on manpower planning and HR policies.
7. Support safety, health, and welfare initiatives at the site.
