About the Job
We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to support our recruitment and hiring activities. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in Human Resources and Recruitment.The intern will work closely with the HR team and clients to understand hiring requirements, source suitable candidates, screen profiles, coordinate interviews, and ensure successful candidate joinings as per monthly targets.
Key responsibilities:
A. Client Coordination
1. Communicate with clients to clearly understand their hiring needs, job roles, required skills, experience levels, and timelines.
2. Clarify job descriptions, salary details, shift timings, and other employment conditions with clients.
B. Candidate Sourcing & Shortlisting
1. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
2. Identify and shortlist suitable candidates for open positions to ensure the right candidate is matched with the right role.
C. Screening & Evaluation
1. Conduct initial screening calls or interviews to assess candidates’ communication skills, experience, eligibility, and interest in the role.
2. Verify basic details such as qualifications, work experience, notice period, and location preference.
D. Candidate Guidance & Counseling
1. Educate candidates about job roles, company details, salary structure, incentives, shifts, work environment, and growth opportunities.
2. Explain the complete interview process and expectations clearly to candidates.
E. Interview Coordination
1. Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
2. Briefly shortlist candidates about interview rounds and help them prepare for client interviews.
3. Ensure interview attendance and provide timely reminders.
F. End-to-End Recruitment Support
1. Provide complete support to candidates from CV submission till final joining.
2. Regularly follow up with candidates to ensure smooth progress through the hiring process.
G. Hiring Targets & Closures
1. Work towards achieving monthly hiring targets by ensuring a minimum of 10 successful candidate joiners per month.
2. Track candidate status and closures daily.
H. Follow-ups & Onboarding Support
1. Maintain continuous communication with candidates for interview feedback, offer discussions, documentation, and joining formalities.
2. Assist in smooth onboarding and ensure candidates join on the committed date.
I. Internal HR Support
1. Support internal recruitment needs when required.
2. Assist the HR team with day-to-day recruitment and basic HR operations.
J. Team Collaboration
1. Work closely with team members on special recruitment drives, bulk hiring projects, and company initiatives aligned with business goals.
