About the Job
As a Junior HR Executive at Panav Biotech Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR department. Your proficiency in both spoken and written English, along with your strong coordination and administrative skills, will be essential in assisting our team in finding the best talent for our clients. Your expertise in MS Office, Excel, and Word will also be valuable in managing various HR tasks.Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews and conducting initial screenings.
2. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide administrative support throughout the hiring process.
3. Maintain and update HR databases and employee records to ensure accurate and timely information.
4. Handle employee inquiries and provide necessary information on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
5. Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and performance evaluation forms.
6. Assist in organizing and conducting training programs and orientation sessions for new hires.
7. Support the HR team in other ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed to ensure the smooth functioning of the department.
