2. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
3. Coordinate training programs and track employee attendance and performance evaluations.
4. Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
5. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
6. Administrative activities like bill payments, petty cash, vendor management, inventory of office supplies, etc.
