About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Supervise the cleanliness and maintenance of 5–10 bungalows and a research center.
2. Inspect rooms, common areas, and surroundings regularly.
3. Take immediate action if cleanliness or maintenance standards are not met.
4. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff for daily upkeep.
5. Prepare properties in advance for upcoming guests and visitors.
6. Report issues, requirements, or shortages to superiors via email.
7. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and basic record maintenance.
8. Ensure all properties are neat, clean, and guest-ready at all times.
