Key Responsibilities:A. Content & video:
1. Shoot educational & promotional videos (mobile/basic camera)
2. Edit reels & videos (Instagram/YouTube shorts)
3. Create posters, thumbnails & creatives using Canva
4. Write captions, hooks & CTAs for posts
B. Posting & growth:
1. Post & manage Instagram/YouTube content regularly
2. Handle DMs & lead responses (with support from client support executive)
3. Promote classes, webinars & research services
4. Track content performance & optimize strategy
C. Conversion & execution:
1. Convert leads into paid subscribers/class enrollments
2. Coordinate with the client support executive for follow-ups
3. Collect testimonials & proof of performance
4. Track leads, conversions & revenue data
D. Field & execution (Chai-paani reality):
1. Coordinate on-ground activities when required
2. Handle basic logistics & execution support
3. Be flexible for real-world startup work (not desk-only role)
