About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Collaborate with event planners and clients during brainstorming sessions to understand the event vision, themes, and specific requirements for weddings or corporate functions.
2. Develop creative design ideas and storyboards, translating abstract ideas or 2D sketches and floor plans into compelling 3D models.
3. Design detailed event elements, including stage setups, seating arrangements, exhibition stalls, decorative elements (like floral arrangements or backdrops), and lighting configurations.
4. Create high-quality, accurate 3D models of internal and external event spaces, ensuring designs adhere to actual venue dimensions and safety standards.
5. Apply realistic textures, materials, lighting, and shading to models to enhance visual appeal and create a photo-realistic preview of the final setup.
6. Produce final visualizations, including static renders, animations, and virtual walkthroughs or tours, for client presentations and team coordination.
7. Work closely with the design team, production team, and external vendors to ensure a seamless translation of 3D designs into physical event elements and a cohesive final product.
8. Gather feedback from stakeholders, clients, and team members, making necessary revisions and adjustments to models efficiently.
9. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workflows to ensure all deadlines are met within budget constraints.
10. Utilize industry-standard software such as 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
11. Optimize 3D models and assets for performance, especially if used in real-time applications or for virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) previews.
12. Maintain organized and efficient file management practices for all project assets.
13. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in 3D modeling and event design to introduce innovative ideas and improve workflow efficiency.
