About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Conceptualizing, creating and developing brand assets: This involves designing core identity elements such as logos, color palettes, typography, and iconography. Artwork may be in one or more languages from these - English, Hindi and Telugu.
2. Producing marketing and communication materials: Creating a wide range of assets for both digital and print media, including website ads, social media graphics, advertisements, product packaging, brochures, and presentations.
3. Ensuring brand consistency: Following and evolving established brand guidelines as briefed to ensure a cohesive visual identity across all platforms and touchpoints, which helps build recognition and trust.
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate strategic direction and project briefs into high-quality visual designs that meet business goals.
5. Presenting ideas and incorporating feedback: Preparing rough drafts or prototypes and presenting concepts to design head or clients for review, then amending designs based on feedback.
6. Utilizing design software and staying current with trends: Maintaining proficiency in industry-standard tools like Coral Draw, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and staying updated on the latest design trends, software, and technologies to integrate modern and innovative styles into projects.
7. Managing projects and meeting deadlines: Prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously and managing time effectively to ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule in a fast-paced environment. Operating and maintaining machines after training and checking output quality as per requirements.
8. Maintaining design log and machine log on day to day basis or as directed.
