About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Develop structured training programs and curricula that cover core design principles, typography, colour theory, layout, branding, UI/UX basics, and portfolio development.
2. Plan and conduct engaging in-person and online sessions, workshops, and boot camps using active, project-based learning methods.
3. Provide hands-on training on industry-standard tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, Blender, Da Vinci Resolve, Autodesk Maya, and Adobe Animate (as applicable to the module).
4. Demonstrate software workflows live (from basic to advanced) and guide learners through real-world projects such as social media creatives, brand identities, motion graphics, simple 3D scenes, UI layouts, and short edits.
5. Offer constructive, actionable feedback on assignments, classwork, and portfolios, and mentor students on improving both visual quality and professional presentation.
6. Assess learner performance through quizzes, projects, presentations, and reviews; track progress and provide extra support or remedial sessions where needed.
7. Stay up to date with design, motion, 3D, and AI-assisted design trends, and regularly update course content, examples, and projects to match current industry practices.
8. Collaborate with other Digifine Academy trainers and staff to refine curricula, standardise teaching quality, and align outcomes with placement and industry expectations.
9. Create and maintain training documentation, lesson plans, project briefs, templates, practice files, and reference resources for students.
10. Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom culture that encourages creativity, experimentation, and peer learning, while maintaining professional discipline and timelines.
