2. Manage live gameplay: Oversee teams through cameras and audio, provide timely hints, and maintain full game immersion.
3. Maintain the experience: Reset escape rooms, organize props, and ensure all setups meet quality standards.
4. Bring the story to life: Deliver compelling narratives that set the tone and enhance player engagement.
5. Ensure guest satisfaction: Address guest queries, gather feedback, and ensure a seamless end-to-end experience.
6. Assist with events: Support birthday parties, corporate bookings, and special events to ensure smooth execution.
