About the Job
OLLI is a tech startup working with fashion brands to help them increase revenue and reduce costs. As a key member of the OLLI for brands, the founder's office associate will play a crucial role in supporting and enabling the company to achieve success. We are seeking generalists across different domains such as sales, operations, customer support, etc to drive relevant initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
1. Conducting research and analysis on various projects and initiatives to support strategic decision-making.
2. Drafting and editing correspondence, presentations, and other written materials on behalf of the founders.
3. Serving as a liaison between the founders and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
4. Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed, such as event planning and coordination.
5. Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
6. Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
