About the Job

The founder’s office assistant will support the founder in day-to-day execution by coordinating tasks, tracking follow-ups, preparing basic reports, and ensuring decisions are converted into action. This is a high-exposure, high-accountability role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Track and follow up on tasks assigned by the founder across teams
2. Maintain daily/weekly task lists and status updates
3. Prepare simple reports, summaries, and data in Excel/Google Sheets
4. Coordinate with internal teams for updates and deadlines
5. Handle basic documentation, emails, and operational follow-ups
6. Ensure nothing assigned by the founder falls through the cracks
