Key responsibilities:1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and business objectives.
2. Identify new business opportunities, expand market presence, and convert leads into long-term clients.
3. Lead, mentor, and manage the field sales team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance monitoring.
4. Allocate sales targets and territories, and ensure accountability and performance excellence.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with property agents, builders, and key stakeholders to create a solid pipeline of business.
