About the Job
As a Field Sales Executive at Sitai Tea, you will be responsible for representing our brand and products to potential clients and customers. Your role will require excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and drive sales. Time management will also be crucial in order to meet sales targets and deadlines.Key responsibilities include:
1. Conducting in-person sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and quality of Sitai Tea products.
2. Building and maintaining relationships with key accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
3. Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
4. Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
5. Providing timely and accurate reports on sales activity, market trends, and competitor activity.
6. Managing a territory and travel schedule efficiently to maximize sales opportunities and meet with clients.
7. Continuously educating yourself on industry trends and product knowledge to serve as a subject matter expert for customers.
