About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Conduct field visits to retailers and collect payments on behalf of distributors through the CirclePay platform
2. Train distributor sales agents (DSAs) on using CirclePay for collections
3. Onboard new retailers onto the CirclePay payment system
4. Maintain daily collection targets and report progress to the team leader
5. Build strong relationships with distributors and their sales teams
6. Ensure proper documentation and reconciliation of all collections
