About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Achieve sales targets in the assigned area through effective distribution and retail coverage.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers
3. Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
4. Promote products, schemes, and offers to retailers to maximize sales.
5. Monitor stock levels at distributor/retailer points and ensure timely replenishment.
6. Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
7. Provide feedback to management on customer needs and product performance.
8. Maintain proper sales records, invoices, and daily reporting.
Work timings: 6 Days a week
This is a field-based role and requires daily outdoor sales visits
