Key Responsibilities:1. Develop designs for seasonal collections as per brand direction
2. Prepare basic sketches, tech packs, and measurements
3. Coordinate with pattern masters, sampling team, and tailors
4. Handle sampling, fittings, and revisions
5. Select fabrics, trims, colors, and finishes suitable for mass production
6. Ensure designs are production-friendly and cost-effective
7. Monitor sample quality and resolve design-related production issues
8. Work with marketing/team for catalog or shoot requirements (if needed).
