About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Oversee day-to-day functions of the business centre, including front desk, housekeeping, pantry, security and maintenance.
2. Resolve clients' queries, requests and operational issues promptly.
3. Maintain records for renewals, invoices and payments.
4. Manage mail handling, courier services, visitors' logs, access cards and inventory.
5. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for management review.
6. Coordinate with vendor and staff.
7. Oversee petty cash, procurement of office supplies and vendor billing.
8. Track operational expenses and assist in budgeting.
