About the Job
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as Executive – Training support and coordination. This is a multifaceted role that involves managing training operations, coordinating with candidates and institutions, and ensuring seamless communication across teams.Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end coordination between students, institutes, and internal teams
2. Handle student communication, scheduling, attendance, assessments, and progress tracking
3. Conduct follow-ups, calls, and virtual meetings with candidates and partner institutions
4. Generate new leads and follow up with existing inquiries to encourage program registrations and consistently achieve targets
5. Assist in planning and executing training programs to ensure smooth operations
6. Maintain and update reports, trackers, and performance data for management review
7. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective communication and workflow alignment
8. Support business development and training operations through structured coordination and reporting
