About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Preparation of Audit Reports: Independently prepare Statutory Audit Reports and Tax Audit Reports (as per Income Tax Act and relevant regulations) with accuracy and within timelines.
2. Internal Audit Execution: Plan, conduct, and document Internal Audits; identify control gaps, prepare audit observations, and draft comprehensive Internal Audit Reports.
3. Taxation Expertise: Apply sound knowledge of Direct Taxes (Income Tax, TDS, etc.) and Indirect Taxes (GST, etc.) for compliance, advisory, and reporting purposes.
4. Client & Team Coordination: Liaise with clients for data collection, resolve queries, and work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth completion of assignments
