TrafficJam.life is expanding rapidly, evolving beyond one-on-one consultations into content, courses, research, and community education, and Jay is looking for a capable assistant who can help build this next phase. Jay (founder) is direct, driven, always learning, and has a vision far bigger than his current bandwidth- hence the need for someone who can organize, support, and help execute with maturity and initiative. If you can handle charts and checklists, you’ll fit right for the assistant role. A rare opportunity to work hands-on with a Vedic astrology consultant while learning research, operations, content building, and real-world consulting.

This isn’t your typical PA position- there’s no coffee fetching or waiting around for instructions. You’ll be actively involved in research, content development, communication, and operational systems that support a growing spiritual-education business. You’ll see how astrology connects with psychology, entrepreneurship, decision-making, and life patterns- and you’ll help translate that wisdom into structured, modern formats. Key Responsibilities:

A. Research & knowledge support:
1. Research planetary transits, energy patterns & behavioural correlations
2. Organize notes, references & build structured course material
3. Convert raw ideas into presentable content for sessions, videos & programs

B. Content creation support:
1. Convert handwritten notes & voice notes into clean, publish-ready content
2. Assist with social media posts, carousels, short scripts, and learning materials
3. Coordinate with designers and editors when needed

C. Tech & operational backbone:
1. Manage Jay’s daily schedule, reminders & task workflow
2. Maintain digital organization systems (Drive, Notion, CRM tools)
3. Support setup of client follow-up systems, inquiry tracking & content dashboards

D. Client communication & follow-ups:
1. Respond to inquiries with professionalism, clarity, and warmth
2. Schedule sessions & maintain client records
3. Track leads and interactions like a lightweight CRM
