Key responsibilities:1. Attend and manage calls, emails & inquiries from patients/doctors
2. Coordinate appointments & schedules across multiple clinics
3. Maintain patient/clinic records and ensure smooth communication
4. Support management with daily operations & follow-ups
5. Handle admin tasks like billing coordination & reporting
6. Managing our social media platforms and answering queries about anything on social media
