Executive Assistant for Campaigner (India Only)Location: Remote (Preference: Jaipur/Agra/Delhi)
Type: Part-time Remote (must be available/on-hand when needed)
About the role:
I’m a UK-based campaigner (British-born, Indian origin) looking for a highly organised, proactive Executive Assistant who can support me with content tasks, admin work, coordination, communication, and India-based logistics. This role involves working closely with a growing youth campaigner and offers real long-term opportunities for growth. Someone who understands Gen Z culture and digital behaviour will fit especially well.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage schedules, reminders, follow-ups, meeting coordination, and communication
2. Support content workflows: reels, captions, scripts, ideas, basic content organisation
3. Help find and coordinate with video editors, designers, and India-based creative talent
4. Editing skills are a bonus, but not required
5. Coordinate with collaborators, brand partners, and creatives
6. Assist with expense management, receipts, reimbursements, and basic tracking
7. Maintain organised systems across Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.
8. Draft short emails, notes, and summaries with strong English accuracy
9. Assist during my visits to India (Delhi NCR, Agra, and Jaipur) when needed
10. Arrange deliveries, gifts, and small logistical errands within India
11. Be available for quick-turnaround tasks and help ensure nothing slips through
