About the Job
We are hiring an execution coordinator who will act as the execution backbone of the company. This role is responsible for task organization, daily follow-ups, execution clarity, documentation, and visibility across teams. It is a structure-driven, execution-heavy role- not an HR or people-management position.Key Responsibilities:
A. Task & work management:
1. Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly task lists for each team member
2. Ensure every task has a clear description, owner, deadline, and status
3. Update task status daily and track pending or delayed work
4. Ensure tasks are documented and not dependent on memory or verbal instructions
B. Daily alignment & follow-ups:
1. Conduct short, structured daily alignment check-ins
2. Record tasks completed, pending tasks, and blockers
3. Follow up on missed deadlines, incomplete tasks, and delayed responses
4. Escalate repeated delays with proper records and data
C. Task & role clarity support:
1. Clearly explain task expectations, deadlines, and ownership
2. Resolve execution-level confusion and ambiguity
3. Ensure clarity on what exactly needs to be done, not vague effort-based instructions
D. Reporting & management updates:
1. Share daily and weekly execution status with management
2. Highlight task completion, delays, bottlenecks, and repeat non-performance
3. Prepare monthly performance summaries using fixed reporting formats
E. Process documentation & SOPs:
1. Assist in creating and maintaining SOPs, process documents, and task guidelines
2. Document workflows and record training videos as guided by seniors
3. Ensure all SOPs are properly named, stored, and easily accessible
F. Process discipline & compliance:
1. Ensure defined processes are followed consistently
2. Identify gaps such as skipped steps, process deviations, and rework
3. Report process lapses clearly and objectively (without personal bias)
