About the Job
As an Event Management Supervisor at Skylight Venture, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in event management, vendor management, effective communication, client interaction, scheduling, budget management, and proficiency in MS Office tools such as PowerPoint and Excel.Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the planning and execution of all events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet client expectations.

3. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service throughout the event planning process.
4. Create and maintain detailed schedules for all events, coordinating with team members to ensure everything runs on time.
5. Monitor and manage event budgets, making adjustments as needed to stay within financial constraints.
6. Utilize MS Office tools to create professional presentations and track event expenses in Excel.
7. Lead a team of event coordinators and assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure successful event outcomes.
