About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Plan, organise, and execute all OLL events and on-ground activities
2. Manage student communities, parent interactions, and teacher coordination
3. Run engagement campaigns, both online and offline
4. Oversee marketing campaigns related to events and community initiatives
5. Work closely with the content, sales, and operations teams to align event goals
6. Handle event logistics, schedules, registrations, and follow-ups
7. Build a strong relationship with clients to improve retention and participation
8. Track performance of events and campaigns and share insights with the team
9. Represent OLL at workshops, school activities, and community gatherings
10. Be the point of contact for all event-related communication
