3. Ensure compliance with event regulations, laws, and safety protocols.
Client Communication:
1. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met.
2. Provide event updates, timelines, and instructions to clients.
3. Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Event Execution:
1. Manage event registration, guest check-in, and crowd control.
2. Coordinate event programming, entertainment, and activities.
3. Ensure event décor, lighting, and sound meet client expectations.
Post-Event:
1. Evaluate event success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
2. Manage event finances, invoicing, and payment processing.
3. Maintain event records, files, and documentation.
