About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Assist in ERP software implementation for clients
2. Travel to client locations for project handling (Domestic & International)
3. Understand client requirements and support the end-to-end implementation of ERP solutions in the packaging/manufacturing sector.
4. Act as a functional consultant, bridging business requirements with ERP system capabilities.
5. Configure, test, and deploy ERP modules in alignment with client processes.
6. Provide functional support during the ERP implementation lifecycle (requirement gathering, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support).
7. Conduct client training sessions and create process documentation for end-users. Coordinate with internal technical teams for customization and issue resolution.
