About the Job
To act as the first point of contact for the Director & Head-HR’s office and provide clerical support and general office support for the Director's office and the HR Department.Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the coordination of the entire administrative functions and/or performance of administrative work that supports the HR Department.
2. Provides other support to the Director and office staff, such as maintaining the Director's & Head HR's calendar, scheduling meetings and events, making travel arrangements, working with vendors to help facilitate special events and programs, preparing correspondence and documents like Meeting minutes, etc.
3. Interaction with people at all levels within and outside the university, often in sensitive interpersonal situations.
4. Responsible for simultaneously handling multiple projects and priorities.
5. Work requires identifying HR report needs and outlining detailed plans; relevant reports are initiated and coordinated through execution, implementation, and evaluation; work is often delegated through the Director & Head HR.
6. Perform day-to-day essential duties, set priorities, and meet deadlines with significant independence and minimal supervision.
