We run a structured theatre curriculum in top IGCSE and CBSE schools across Tamil Nadu, reaching over 2,000 students from grades 1 to 12. Our work builds empathy, imagination, and confidence, skills for life.We're hiring! Join Koodam’s Theatre-in-Education Movement. Koodam is looking for passionate and skilled Teachers/Facilitators to join our dynamic team! If you believe in the power of theatre and love working with children and young adults, we want to hear from you. We’re seeking individuals with a background in performing arts, education, or facilitation, along with strong English communication and classroom management skills. You should be energetic, empathetic, and creative, able to make learning engaging and meaningful. Prior experience in drama or teaching is a strong plus. We are currently hiring for positions in Salem, Erode, and Trichy, and welcome those open to relocating.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate drama for school students from Monday to Friday.
2. Conduct team meetings and collaborate on Saturdays outside of school.
3. Note class observations on students and document daily facilitation.
