About the Job
Job descriptionWayspire is expanding its Online UG/PG Degree Programs vertical and is hiring a Digital Marketing Executive whose primary responsibility is lead generation.
This role is strictly for candidates with hands-on experience in Online Degree / Distance Education / Indian University admissions marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads for Online UG & PG Programs (MBA, BBA, BCA, MCA, BA, B.Com, M.Com)
Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on:
Google Ads
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Run Email marketing campaigns for:
New leads
Old data / reactivation
Admission deadlines & follow-ups
Execute WhatsApp marketing using:
Broadcasts
Follow-up & drip campaigns
Optimize Cost Per Lead (CPL) and improve lead quality
Work closely with admissions & counselling teams to improve conversions
Track and report daily / weekly performance (leads, CPL, spend)
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 2+ years experience in:
Online Degree Programs / Distance Education
Indian Universities / EdTech Admissions marketing
Strong hands-on experience with:
Google Ads
Meta Ads
Email marketing tools
WhatsApp marketing platforms
Clear understanding of:
Admissions funnel
Lead quality vs volume
Budget optimization & ROI
Target-driven, execution-focused mindset
Work Details
Location: Gurugram, Haryana (Work From Office)
Working Days: 6 days/week
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
CTC: Up to ₹4.5 LPA
