Role Overview
We’re looking for smart, energetic college students who want real-world exposure in marketing, customer experience, and digital brand building. This role blends on-ground customer interaction with hands-on digital and growth marketing work.
Key Responsibilities
1. Engage with walk-in customers and assist them in choosing the right accessories and mods.
2. Support in-store customer experience and brand presentation.
3. Create short-form content (reels, stories, posts) for Instagram & YouTube.
4. Assist in running in-store promotions, campaigns, and rider engagement ideas.
5. Help manage WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and basic digital follow-ups.
6. Collect customer insights and feedback to improve marketing & sales strategies.
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and people skills.
Interest in marketing, branding, startups, or digital growth.
Comfortable with social media (Instagram, Reels, basic content ideas).
Passion for motorcycles, automotive culture, or youth brands is a big plus.
