About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Support the efforts of the marketing team across various activities such as digital marketing, outreach, events, media services, and website
2. Manage customer meetings and update minutes thereafter.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance user experience.
4. Plans and executes all activities related to CRM, database marketing, email, social media, events, and display advertising campaigns.
5. Create reports and presentations for internal and client presentations
6. Identifies trends and insights in the industry by way of online research. • Participate in brainstorms and creative sessions.
7. Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
8. Manage interns and trainees.
9. Assist in scheduling meetings, documentation, and follow-ups.
